Manama, Bahrain – 15 October 2025: ATME, the digital assets exchange licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with FLOOSS Holding Company, the region’s leading Sharia-compliant digital financing platform.
Held during Fintech Forward 2025, the MOU sets the groundwork for a strategic collaboration where ATME will be issuing digital tokens backed or collateralized by financing portfolios owned and managed by FLOOSS Holding Company.
These tokens will be structured in accordance with applicable regulations offering a compliant, technology-driven pathway for capital formation and portfolio diversification. Through its platform, ATME will lead the development and issuance of the tokens, maintaining end-to-end compliance and oversight, while FLOOSS Holding company will provide validated asset data and cooperate on portfolio structuring and due diligence processes.
